1960515: Thin client UI freezes and is unresponsive in Validation.
The Thin Client user interface no longer freezes when using the Validation user module.

Install This Fix
Use the following procedure to install this fix.
Before installing this fix note the following:
You must have full Windows administrative privileges to perform these procedures.
Make sure that the Kofax Transformation Modules Thin Client Server 7.0.0.9 fix pack is installed before applying this fix.
Close all Kofax Transformation Modules applications and services.

Take a backup of the modules.js from the following location and then copy the patched files included with the HotFix to the following location:
For x64 operating systems:
\Kofax\Transformation\ThinClientServer For x86 operating systems:
\Kofax\Transformation\ThinClientServer Important: The backup copies must be in a different folder than the original file. Simply renaming the file is not sufficient.
Restart the World Wide Web Publishing service, clear the browser cache, and test that everything works as expected.
Remove This Fix
Use the following procedure to remove this fix.
Close all Kofax Transformation Modules Thin Client Server applications and services.

\Kofax\Transformation\ThinClientServer For x86 operating systems:
\Kofax\Transformation\ThinClientServer Restart the World Wide Web Publishing service, clear the browser cache, and test that everything works as expected.
